◆ Investment in Gorilla Banana

Gorilla Banana was Co-founded by Musik Jung, founding Chairman of the Korea Game Developers Association and former Lead Producer, NC Soft; and by Do-Hyung Lim, lead designer for NC Soft’s Lineage II project and Jong-ok Lee, lead designer for NC Soft’s Lineage I project. Gorilla Banana is working on a free to play MMORPG called ‘Red Blood’, one of the top 5 anticipated MMORPGs in Korea for 2008 release.

CDC Games has rights for both China and India for Red Blood distribution, in addition to option rights on Gorilla Banana’s future games to be developed.

◆ Investment in Possibility Space

Possibility Space was Co-founded by two game veterans who have relocated to Beijing – Gage Galinder with experience as a lead programmer at Origin, Ensemble Studios and Blizzard and Feng Zhu, with experience as a lead artist at Origin, Mad Doc Software, and Hollywood movie projects such as Star Wars: Episode III and with James Cameron on his upcoming science fiction movie to be released in 2008.

As part of the investment, CDC Games to receive perpetual game rights for the studios products for Greater China, including their first two free to play mid-core casual projects – Warrior Epic and Space Frontier. In addition, Possibility Space will paid a perpetual 10% royalty for all global revenues of the studio to CDC Games

◆ Investment in Auran

Auran is one of Australia's most experienced developers of highly successful online games, plans to launch Fury, an innovative game that blends MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) and FPS (first person shooter) genres, later this year. Through the investment, CDC Games will obtain certain rights to receive a percentage of revenues received from Fury.

◆ Investment in MGame

MGame is the Developer of the Blockbuster Hit Yulgang in China and a frontrunner in the online game industry in Korea. Through this equity investment, CDC Games has changed from a licensee to MGame's largest external investor and has obtained exclusive distribution rights for MGame's next Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) WFFM (Wind Forest Fire Mountain) in China. WFFM is ranked as one of the top 10 most anticipated games in China, with many of the core designers of WFFM from the original Yulgang project. In addition to acquiring exclusive distribution rights for WFFM in China, CDC Games has extended the license of Yulgang to 2010

◆ Investment in OPTIC

CDC Games has acquired OPTIC, the online games publishing division of CITIC Pacific. OPTIC is recognized as one of the foremost brands in online games in China with several popular online game titles including SHAIYA , MIR III and EVE. SHAIYA, is a Korean massive multiplayer online fantasy role playing game launched in China in November 2006 and was ranked as one of the most anticipated online games in China last year. MIR III is the latest installment of the legendary MIR series which is considered one of the most popular online game titles ever introduced in China. EVE Online is a hardcore massive multiplayer online space strategy game from Iceland which has frequently been the number one game on www.mmorpg.com, a leading English language game portal. EVE Online was launched in China in June 2006.
